Hi, i am jolijn and i will go backpacking until march, so my room is for rent! i share a house with 7 young people (some students, some workers, some belgian, some international). we like to cook and have a drink together, but we all have our own space and schedule. at walking distance from the park (300 m), you can go walking, jogging,...whatever you want. at walking distance (100 m) from bus (line 65) and tram (line 25) that will take you straight to the city! i prefer renting the room from 01 december until the end of februari; but we can arrange a shorter or longer period of time.

my room is on the ground floor with streetview. it's a quiet street: no noise during the night. it's a lively neighboorhoud though with lots of little shops (vegetables, bakery, butcher,...) at walking distance.

the room itself has central heating and wifi. we share a kitchen, garden and a living room which are all on my floor. there are three bathrooms and two toilets.

rent is 310 euros a month, (everything included) + a deposit of 250 euros.
