het gebied waar de meeste van onze ontwerpen en villa's zijn gelegen is akbuk. dit omdat het gebied akbuk ons de in staat stelt om een perceel grond slechts voor 15% te bebouwen. wat ons een grotere tuin en plaats voor het zwembad biedt.
de prijzen voor de villa's starten bij € 120.000 voor een vrijstaande villa met zwembad.
de prijzen zullen variëren afhankelijk van de grootte van het perceel en de omvang van de bouw. immo hiers kan elk ontwerp dat u wenst laten bouwen, eenmaal u het perceel grond dat u wenst gevonden heeft, gaan we aan tafel zitten met de architect en ontwerpen uw droomhuis. prijs zal ook afhangen van de vereiste afwerking. de klant kan kiezen uit een ruim aanbod van standaard afwerkingen tot hoger geprijsde afwerkingen.

la plupart de nos modèles et villas sont situées à akbuk. en effet le domaine akbuk nous permet de construire sur seulement 15%, ce qui offre un espace plus grand pour le jardin et la piscine.
les prix des villas commencent à partir de 120 000 € (pour une villa avec piscine).
les prix varient selon la taille de la parcelle et la taille de l'immeuble.
immo hiers peut réaliser tous vos projets…une fois que vous aurez trouvé votre parcelle, nous soumettrons votre projet à l'architecte pour la conception de votre maison de rêve. le prix dépendra aussi de la finition souhaitée. le client peut choisir parmi une large gamme de finitions (standard à luxe).

the prices for villas start at £100.000 for a detached villa with pool.
the prices will vary due to plot size and build size. immo hiers, can build any design you wish, once we have found you the plot of land, you will then sit with our architect, and design your dream home. price will also depend on finishes required, as the client may chose higher priced item and finishes than those that are standard
