For one of our customers in eersel (netherlands) active in logistics are we searching for a: customer service representative

this position is responsible for ensuring that all customer services issues and requests are resolved in manner that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.


responsibilities:
•answering inquiries from customers
•entering, updating and/or tracking of orders and shipments
•co-ordination of international shipments – collections and deliveries
•working with customs teams to ensure processes completed correctly
•investigation and resolution of issues
•coordination of pickups/deliveries
•acting as a liaison between transport operations, carriers and customers
•daily interaction with internal, carrier and customer personnel is required


qualificiations, skills and experiences request:
•strong organizational and time management skills
•strong systems aptitude and must be proficient in microsoft office applications, with emphasis on outlook, word and excel
•international shipping and customs experience preferred
•strong written and verbal communication skills
•understanding of transport operations and supply chain management
•proficient in english or dutch.
•knowledge of theturkish language is a must.
•previous experience in transport preferred
•previous customer service experience is preferred
•mbo/bachelor education in transportation management/logistics
•2/3 years of experience in a similar role.
•perform admin tasks.
•excellent customer service skills
•strong problem solving skills.
•able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
