job description
for their emea headquarter in brussels and to follow the growth of the organization, we are looking for a project manager - power control.

as project manager you will report directly to the business unit director and will be in charge of strategic projects within the emea region (especially europe).

as such, you will have to manage your budget, to guarantee the quality and to supervise the planning.
you plan, control and integrate project deliverables in collaboration with our production and sales departments, in order to meet client expectations and satisfaction.

your main responsibilities:

complete responsibility for successful outcome of projects
create and manage the project team members
work together with the internal proposal team to generate priced proposals to clients
set-up project cost analysis and plan in details the required resources
define and respect the projects' schedule (purchase, manufacturing and delivery)
ensure the respect of the project margin and customer satisfaction targets
often leads efforts to prepare commercial strategy for complex system application
respect and comply with regulations and policies at all level (corporate, government)
ensure quality standards and respect constraints of the different customer's industry
may manage subcontracts that include labor and/or fixed price deliverables
build partnership at the business management level of key customers
complete all the administration work

who we are looking for
- bachelor or master in engineering (industrial - civil engineer) ideally in power electronics, automation or electricity. further project management education is an asset.
a minimum of 10 years experience within the industry
at least 5 years of experience in industrial project management
fluent in english, knowledge of another european language (german, french, spanish…) is a plus
knowledge of ms project a plus
willing to travel up to 40% of the time
