my client is a group offering comprehensive warranties in insurance, support, wealth management and banking services. it provides an answer to all your needs from protection of individuals and their family to companies with more complex needs.

right now, they just created a new team in charge of developing new insurance solutions online and are looking for a business analyst to assist them in these projects

job description
you translate the objectives and processes in detailed and final analysis. you describe the full itinerary of the client by setting the series of screens so that the process is easier for this client. you will not hesitate to challenge your internal stakeholders in setting targets, objectives and recommended solutions.

you will also provide all the requirements of each activity and ensure the monitoring. you will take over the coordination of test phases (with the business as with the client). you will also participate in the commercial launch as well as the internal communication.

along your evolution in the function, you will support more and more responsibilities in the coordination of the projects.

who we are looking for
the ideal candidate:

graduate in it
fluent in english and french and/or dutch
has an experience of at least 3 years in a similar function
has a very good technical understanding of web development processes
knows ensure good communication between business and technical teams
