Financial analyst for tourism sector   (h/f)

a propos de notre client :
for an international company in the tourism sector, we are currently looking for a financial analyst.
description :
your role will be to provide financial analysis & reporting services for all the business units in order to offer accurate financial information for decision-making.
prepare the yearly budget for all the sites; co-ordinate data collection, check consistency of data; compare & propose adjustments in order to provide an accurate annual budget consistent with annual objectives; co-ordinate data collection & prepare quarterly forecasts for all the benelux sites, analyze budget evolution & trends & report them to the finance manager; prepare monthly financial reports comparing the actuals with budgeted figures & explain deviations thereof; proactively provide the finance manager with information on significant deviations, potential risks and expected results; prepare & control department budgets and provide detailed variance analyses reports; provide quarterly reports of subscriber revenues per product line and per customer and co-ordinate all other reporting procedures in order to meet central deadlines; support and control the preparation of business cases, report on the status and make regular profitability calculations of signed business cases; control and report on monthly customer profitability. identify customers at risk; collaborate with the finance manager in the auditing exercise, participate in corporate finance projects, and assist in other financial analysis initiatives.

profil recherché :
- university degree in applied economics, commercial sciences or finance or equivalent in terms of experience; travel industry experience would be an advantage; minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; ability to coordinate multiple activities whilst working to tight deadlines; excellent organizational and analytical skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail; flexible, customer- and result- driven and a motivated team-player; good it awareness, specifically in financial applications- excellent excel knowledge- and management information tools such as sap; fluent in dutch and english, good knowledge of french.
