About our client
our client is a european software company in the e-mail marketing sector.
job description
your role will be divided in three parts :
you will give technical support to clients with ad-hoc problems by telephone, provide solutions and help them in a customer focused way;
you will develop and customize websites of client's;
you will also be responsible for all campaign website production tasks for clients including data import/export/preparation, message creation, testing, post-campaign analysis.

who we are looking for
-you have a bachelor in it and your are just graduated or have a first working experience in an it related function;
you have good knowledge in html. having knowledge of jsp and my sql is a plus.
you have an understanding of basic aspects of marketing and the desire to learn new skills quickly in a fast moving environment are also important;
you are eager to learn, highly motivated and result-oriented;
you have great communication skills and customer focused. on top of this you are a real team player;
you are not afraid to be hands on and are stress resistant (work with deadlines);
you speak french and english with good knowledge in dutch.
